Can anyone help me with this?

I emailed PCGS trying to find out how to submit my 5 free Ikes for them to grade for my Registry set on Saturday, 3/2/02. I haven't had a response yet. How long do you think you'd wait to hear from them before sending another email? I'm not very experienced on Registry sets, so I'd appreciate any opinions. Thanks.

  • I'm not very experienced at being patient. I always pick a number then write again after that number of days. No matter what I pick the mail I'm looking for crosses with my second request image

Hello, try emailing Rick at: rickm@collectors.com

He is very good about returning emails.

  • Better yet, call them. That way, you can get all of your questions answered at once instead of waiting a week for an email. And once you have another question, you would have to wait another week to get a reply.
I've found that personal calls work the best. You can speak with someone, and if they dont know the answer you can ask to talk to someone else. I'll admit, sometimes it can be frustrating, but it's not as frustrating as waiting for emails. image

    Good luck!!!
Buy the coin, not the holder!
  • Susan,

Not a problem. I used the regular invoice and listed the IKE dollars I wanted to regrade for free (as you normally do).

I wrote on the invoice "5 free gradings for registry set". You have to put a credit card for return shipping. A few weeks later, I had my coins and my set was complete!

If you want to double check, ask Gayle Kean- but I'm certain it will work. I'm planning to take advantage of this offer for my Franklin set. Its a great program because it gives an incentive to complete your set.
