Academy "Stacker" Silver Bars

My apologies if there is already another thread about this, but what is everyone's opinion of the Academy "Stacker" bars? They are obviously not one of the "Big 2" of refiners, but I like the stackable concept and the clean look. At the end of the day silver is silver, but I'm interested in getting some opinions on these. Especially from anyone who currently owns some bars or has owned them at one time or another.

Also if anyone know the history of Academy? How long have they been around, etc.?

    I think the bars look outstanding, and I too like the stacking feature (tho I don't see myself owning so many 100 oz bars stacking them becomes a problem image ).

    But the choice of putting the motto on the bars is a huge turn-off for me. I wouldn't own them for that reason alone.

    Well, they do make a 10 ounce version as well.

    Just out of curiosity, do you not own any Dollars because they have the motto on it as well? J/K.

    I love the way they look. The motto dosn't offend me though, I kinda like it. The stacking feature is what sold them on me. I wish I had more. image
