best shipping method to Austria.

I have a software package that an overseas buyer is interested in, my Ebay defaults prevent non USA purchases (I had several non paying bidders from outside the U.S) so this guy sent me a message regarding my item, I'm happy to invoice him directly through paypal and ship (he will pay whatever it costs + anything extra) he has 300+ feedback, all positive.

so whats the best, most reliable way to ship to Austria? UPS? Fed Ex? which is easier to track/insure?

As is known, ONLY proof of delivery is required on non-EBAY PayPal transactions.

There are no "SNAD decisions" in such transactions.
