My first thought is something was done to the cheek -- what, I'm not sure. Given the amount of chatter on the reverse, I'd have a tough time believing the cheek is that clean.

My first thought was artificial frost, but I could not see it. My second thought was perhaps the fields were fooled with to bring out mirrors. After looking, I could not see anything. When I then saw the MS60 grade, the cheek must have been treated as it is too clean for the grade.

I agree.
Cheek looks too unnaturally clean and overall surfaces of the coin don't look right.
