MY guess is same image, different sizes and the OP wants to know if they look different. They look they same for birghtness to me, but I am at work on a very crappy monitor.
The histograms are the same, as are the images. I prefer to look at the smaller one, though. 1000x1000 is too big for a G-VG Lincoln, and unless a web browser is set for full-screen, it can be too big for some people's displays.
I have noticed a similar phenomenon with pictures in that smaller pictures need higher contrast to appear the same as larger images. I think that as you destroy detail making an image smaller, you need to add contrast to help brong out the remaining detail so it looks more like the original.
