Opinions and thoughts on this 1914D

Take a look at the area on the rim at 5 o'clock just under the jacket and let me know if this looks like a stray D to you.
If anyone has a 14D to compare this to, do you have a similar mark on your coin? I can't imagine very many dies were used to make these 14D's so this should not be a rarity even if it were a wild 14 D and D RPM, or is it just a die gouge that looks an awful lot like an extra D.
