How much do dealers charge to send in for a CAC submission?

I do not charge. Whatever costs from CAC along with shipping costs are, that's what I get.

Mark Feld submitted my coins for $10 + shipping, and he didn't charge a penny for it.

Unless you know someone who can hand carry them to CAC, I'd wait until they start accepting submissions from nonmembers. Saves on postage and reduces handling.
