What did we find at the bank today ?

BearBear Posts: 18,953 ✭✭✭
Today, the teller had $24 dollars in Kennedy Halves.

Going thru them it was zilch, nada until the last coin

on the bottom of the pile. A 1900-S Barber. To be sure ,

the coin is about fair, but the mint and date are both clear.

It is not worth over silver value, but a $5 profit is a $5 dollar

Boy, in this economy, you can tell people are cleaning out the drawers in search of cash.

    Nice find!

    Nice find for sure!

I haven't roll searched in about 2 weeks.

I may have to start up again...

These were loose Halves in an envelope that someone

must have brought in. I agree, someone cleaned out their

stash for sure, probably thought that the Barber was too

worn to be worth anything. Silly people! image

Gotta love that! Any of the elusive dates, e.g. 38 & 39 DS, or 1955?
