I found a Tyler dollar with an extra star on the edge, it is closer to another star than normal and is weaker struck
any value
how common or uncommon to find extra star
thanks for the info

sorry thought it was jackson but the coin is tyler

I have two coins like that and both have an extra star to the right of the D mintmark

    From what I understand, the winners have to pick up the tickets in person at LA Dodger stadium?

    How's that supposed to work for those of us way out in the boon-docks? Can't they Fedex em?

    Is the star incused or raised?

    The probability is that it's an impact image
    from another edge hitting your coin.

    A photo of that area would be helpful to
    make a determination.

    If you can't get to Dodger stadium on Monday to pickup tix, what makes you think you can get there for the memorial on Tuesday?image

    If you go to Dodger Stadium, there's a chance that you may need the services of Forest Lawn.
