Where does TeleTrade get their pop figures?

I was browsing and saw the MS67 1995 DDO Lincoln. They state "Superb Gem mint luster. PCGS has certified 35 coins at this level with none finer." The coin listed uses FS-101 on the label and PCGS number 38105.
I know this can't be a finest known with a pop of 35 coins so I look up the pop reports. I find that the 1995 DDO has a pop of:
1995 DDO FS-101 #38105: MS67=48; MS68=15; None finer
1995 Doubled Die Obverse #3127: MS67=2,773; MS68=2,655; MS69=1
So by my calculations there are 2,821 certified at the MS67 grade with 2,671 finer.
