The blue actually doesn't bother me. I'm more bothered by the toning void above and to the right of the eagle. It just looks like something should be there...
Other than that, I agree with the others. I'd take her.
I dont want to sound awful......But that coin would never sell at my local coin club...
It appears Verigrase....ruined, discolored. people have crazy minds now a days that anything colored is beautiful, unique, they are the newbies, or even veterans fooled by that...
I dont care for this coin at all and I hate saying this, but I think its rather ugly to be honest.
The obv only has some nice blue toning going on for it, and even that is not that nice. & the reverse has a nasty, yes, I said it, nasty fingerprint right on the eagle...
(Also, the right obv field looks off to me. Could just be the picture, but its not right...)
Harshly cleaned years ago, but probably natural retoning that some may like and some not. Looks a bit too much like a "Selsun Blue" AT job for my taste.

This is a coin that - were it for sale at my table at a show - folks would ask to see from my case because of the colorful obverse, then upon viewing the reverse and having their shoulders sag, would hand back to me saying "Okay, thanks." with no further comment.
The price would not matter. The ugly reverse kills it.
It's passable, but I would not beat down the doors to buy it.
In truth "color coins" are really for something that is Ch AU or better. This piece would make AU-50 if it has a little tail wind. I suspect that the color you see is the happy result of an old dipping or cleaning.

In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?

Looks like a fingerprint remnant that someone tried to remove.
