State Quarter Bears....something for PCGS to consider too?

Caught the State Quarter Bears on TV this morning......cute adorable little furry things, with a state quarter encapsulated in one foot, and the name of the state on the other.
A genuine collectable. Makes me wonder if perhaps PCGS would consider this. Like....a bear dressed like lincoln, with a little beard and a stovetop hat, One foot could have a Rare lincoln cent encapsulated, and the other foot, with an embroidered Grade label.
Wouldnt that be a Peachy Keen idea??
