Any banks in the Philly area have Guam state quarters or Lincoln Penny rolls?

Anyone from the area know any good banks with either? Both seem to be non-existent as far as I can tell................

    I'm over the bridges in Jersey. I've had no luck at Commerce or Beneficial Bank.
