TTM address help

Through the wonders of Facebook I have reestablished contact with a teaching friend that I worked with over 25 years ago in Scotland. When we returned to the states we gradually talked less and less as life's daily demands washed away our connection like waves smoothing a beach. In a message from him he describes how he has tried to get an address from the Cubs of one of their former players he admired growing up that we had discussed when talking baseball way back when.

I don't do TTM but would like to help him out. Does anyone have the address for Randy Jackson? He played for the Cubs from 1950 to 1955, the Dodgers from 1956 to 1958, and a brief layover with the Indians in the 2nd half of 58 and early 59 before finishing the 59 season with the Cubs. He was born in 1926 and Baseball Almanac lists him as still living (we believe in Little Rock).

If an addy can be found, I plan on buying one of Jackson's cards and getting it signed then surprising my friend.

Thanks for the help,
Charles

He has a very high success rate and quick too. Most successes are less than 2 weeks.

    Charles,

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

I was just checking eBay for possible cards to use for the auto and saw a signed check available. It was written in 1997 and has the same address.
Thanks for the quick help and encouraging news.

  • I wrote Jackson a few months ago, received a reply within 2 weeks with a nice note answering a few questions I had for him at the address listed. I picked up a 1955 Topps of his for like 3 bucks at my local shop.
