Does world silver bullion develop "milk spots" like silver eagles do?
We all have read and seen the pictures of the problem of milk spots on silver eagles. PCGS is still offering $50,000 for a diagnosis and solution. Are milk spots a problem on world silver bullion, (maple leafs, kooks, britannias, pandas, libertads, etc.), as well?
If you have pics of milk spots on world silver post them please. Thanks

You started the same thread twice?
The spotted ones are the silver state quarters in mint hard plastic, the unspotted are in monster rolls. Then there are the commems. None have the spots.....so far.
I'm stiking w/bullion silver no more proofs.
Also, I've never seen a silver bar w/spots.....they might exist but I haven't seen one.
