it has been said he is now a blazer..well i am excited i think he will help us win a trip to the further rounds of the playoffs!!!

    The Magic are idiots. We've basically traded Alston, Lee, Gortat, and Hedo for Vince Carter and Ryan Anderson....I'm not impressed.

    yeah they were fun to watch last year..howard really impressed me. and the teams amazing succsess surprized me.

    So Sheed will spend next year jacking up airballs from behind the arc in Boston......who cares?

    And why is Boston signing a past-his-prime, overpaid PF/C anyway? They only have KG, Perkins, Powe, Big Baby. Who will be the odd man/men out there?

    Powe is probably gone and Davis is a restricted free agent.

    Powe is probably gone and Davis is a restricted free agent. >>



    powe had a very bad knee injury and you never know how he will come back from that, took t. allen 2 years to get back and he still isn't all the way back. big baby is a restricted free agent but they will probably match the offer. they are always looking to replace perkins. he signed for 3 years at 6.5mil. not a bad pickup for 20-25 minutes off the bench.

    that said i would love to see them sign grant hill, he's always been one of my fravorite non-celtics.

    I agree Fred. For Magic fans, Grant Hill is a sore subject, but he has always been a class act and a player and person I respect. About 5(?) years ago (can't remember exactly, I was really young) I went to a Magic game and I had the opportunity of listening to him speak to the crowd after the game. This was while he was having all those problems with his leg, and the bone spurs in his ankle, but he basically gave his life story and some motivational lines. Overall it was a really neat experience to get to hear a player speak about things like he did, rather than just watch him run up and down the court. I've had some serious respect for the man ever since.

    Grant Hill signed this jumbo card for me at the hotel in OKC last season. Nice guy. Helped that I was with a cute girl, heh.
