2009 Formative Spots New Doubled Dies

Is there anything that can be done to remove these ugly spots? Any new doubled dies being reported in boxes dated in June?

No, those are plating bumps.
The spots I refer to, I believe, are from improper rinsing or drying.
Those are beauty marks, ....don't you know?
..........just another mint quality control blunder.
