Crossover with CAC question

In general, what do you think is the likelihood of an NGC AU55 with a green CAC sticker crossing to a PCGS AU55? I'm not implying the presence of a CAC sticker would have any influence, just that if NGC graded a coin and CAC approved, what's the chance of PCGS agreeing.

There's probably some better chance of it crossing (but who knows how much), since additional professional eyes have deemed the coin solid for the assigned grade. That said, don't assume the CAC sticker is anything even remotely resembling a guarantee that it will cross.

What's the current rate for NGC crosses? 30-40%?

The CAC sticker imo would probably have little to no effect.

You would think that PCGS would want as few NGC beaned slabs to exist as is possible, esp. when smoeone else is paying them for the privilege of doing the destroying; BUT ALAS its not always to be.
