Trying to trade for Auto's of Cobb, Gehrig, Foxx, and Young, need help.

I'm trying to trade for these autos, What do you guys think as to their authenticity and if they are real, how much are they worth? (How much would they bring?) Thanks.

what makes you say that?
Do an auction on ebay. Get a quick opinion, then cancel the auction.
Problem solved. Don't get a high end autograph uncertified.
Be smart and safe.

Dave (Yankees001) has the right idea!
It's the fastest, easiest and cheapest way!
You just can't go by the perfect feedback score and a grandfather story; they're plentiful on eBay!

If he's serious about selling or trading, I'd think he would gladly agree to such.
I agree with those that think they should be seen by PSA/DNA.
The problem is that it will cost ya some real coin to have all those certified in person.
Hope this goes well.

<< <i>Guessing all are fake. Is he offering to trade overwhelmingly in your favor also? >>
no, in fact he asked if I would take the Cobb straight up. The item I have is pretty high end, but only around $1000-$1500.

always go to REA auction and check the sigs against what they have sold.
Always looking for Chipper Jones cards.
Im a very focused collector of cards from 1909 - 2012...LOL
The Cobb is questionable, I would not want it in my collection.
The Young is very close, but I'd have to compare scans with good ones I have, no time right now.
The Foxx is unquestionably fake. Even if it was good no reputable authenticator would pass it. Foxx signed plaques are EXTREMELY rare.
A guy with the initials of RD was a big time HOF autograph forger in the late 1970s. Some of this looks like his "work".
I doubt any of these would pass PSA authentication.
wouldn't you have them authenticated?
By doing that the value increases.

yeah, no doubt I would have them authenticated, but initially he offered a trade and I assume that there ARE people out there that inherit stuff like this from their families that have no clue about it. I find this unlikely now that he has replied to my asking what kind of trade he was looking for and to his assigned values of the signatures.
Even if they are legit, I don't see any advantage to trading for them.
