Guess The Grades - A couple modern Toners - Kennedy and Roosie - Results Posted

I submitted a 5 coin submission of modern coins, which included 3 toned coins, along with my quarterly special and a regular 8 coin submission. Surprisingly, the modern was the first done. These were all received this Monday the 29th at PCGS, by the way, and I was notified one was done via email last night.

I only have pictures of two of the three toners I sent in, but let's play guess the grade (or Genuine), if you would like.

i think they both made 65. No bands on the Dime.

Nice images. The toning on the half exaggerates the die abrasion, but the hits are small and I'd expect it's a nice looking coin in hand. MS-65. 66 for the Roosevelt, IMO.

I meself would say 67,67.

But wouldn't be surprised if PCGS says 66,67. They have been tight with clad Ken's for too long!

I would guess also 64 ont he Half and 66 on the Dime

Any more guesses for the night crew? I can say at least one person nailed it. I will post the results in the AM.

FCloud and bstat1020 both nailed it. In hand, I would agree with the grades. The reverse of the Kennedy seems a little weakly struck and does have several hits on the eagle.

To be honest, I was just happy to get them in PCGS plastic and not genuine slabs, this was my first attempt at sending in toned coins.
