Where to sell Gold & Silver Bullion & Coins in Hampton Roads Virginia?

Greetings to the forum!
I wont mention any business names or names of people that I have contacted in the last week in the Hampton Roads area but I am very dissappointed in not finding anyone that buys gold and silver bullion at a fair price. They want a dollar under spot for Englehard bars. I find this to be repulsive compared to the dealers in New York that actually paid 40 cents over spot.
Can anyone recommend a place in the Virginia Beach, Norfolk area that pays fair prices? Again if you mention one of the ones that I have tried to deal with I will keep it under my hat. By the way I am willing to drive an hour in any direction, which could include parts of North Carolina. I do have Morgan Dollars and other coins that I am trying to sell but dealing with these "gentleman" I think I would rather go hungry than sell.

If you're finding all the dealers in your area paying about the same for bullion, that wouldn't be a surprise. No one is going to pay a lot more than anyone else in the area - they don't have to. The local competition will dictate the price in most cases. Are there any local shows coming up you can attend? You might do better there.
New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
