Anyone do business with ArmChair Collectibles in Mass.?

They have low feedback on eBay, 9 at the moment. They are doing a signing with Oil Can Boyd later this month. They appear to not have a store front but instead line up the signing with the player(s) and then rent a room or hall to do the public signing at.
