I have been seriously debating on if I want to remove the stamp from it's cover and send it in for grading or if I want to retain it as a postal history item. What do you think?

The differences are: top to bottom = .15mm Side to side = .21mm on upper to .09mm on the lower

I would leave it on. I doubt it would grade higher than 90.

Thanks Matt. Not being well experienced with getting stamps graded I just thought it would be iffy. The nice thing is that it looks real nice on the cover. I just wish it was from a small town DPO.
