When a card is described as a "high end" PSA __, what attribute do you think of 1st?

When I read something described as "high end", I expect to see a well centered card, first and foremost.

Any card that has a legit shot at a bump I would call high end.

But I guess that's pretty subjective isn't it?

Centering is the difference to the collector's eye.

It depends, if a seller has 20 cards listed and everyone is 'high end'

I simply discount what is being said, if a guy has 20 and 2 or 3 are described as high end

I'll take a better look.


IMO a card should have decent centering, no print dots and decent corners for the grade.

"High end" is directed at the "serious" or "advanced" collector - of which I'm neither.

Agreed. Good corners for the grade would be my solid 2nd.
