I finally got my collection back!!

My brother-in-law has been living with us for the past 2.5 years. The deal was that he was going to go to medical school after he graduated from college and was only going to stay with us for a few months until he started med school. Obviously that fell through and that few months got stretched into a permanent resident. With him staying with us that required a closet for his crap. The closet that I am speaking of was the closet with all my cards image.

Well, the day has finally come. My wife’s brother has moved out and I get my closet back. There is no more worrying if wire racks will hold or if boxes in my garage will get wet. It has been a long time since I have even looked at most of this. Now if I only had time to open some of it.

My brother-in-law was living in my basement and he was using the closet down there for his clothes. I will definitely be ripping some stuff this month. My wife and I had a baby a few weeks back so I haven’t had much time to rip. With the July special this month I will be getting back on the bus feeding my addiction for cheap wax. I have had my eye on the boxes of Wildcard for a few weeks now. I would love to pull a Favre striped RC.

Speaking of Wildcard stripes, I just won a 1991 PSA 10 Michael Irvin 1000 stripe for $41.00. I was pretty happy.

I kind of like the way it looks as is. I would rather open the closet to see that opposed to seeing some 5000 count boxes full of cards.

My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)
