Submission question

With the July special, I decided to renew my membership and send in some cards. I have a complete 1951 red back set that I am considering sending in. All cards look nm and better. However, several have the dreaded paper wrinkle on the back. At $6 a card, is it worth it to send these in when the best that they can grade is a 5? Also, are red back panels and 1951 Connie Mack All Stars considered tall boys?

Thanks
Rob

    Hi Rob,

Personally, I wouldn't sub any of the commons with the wrinkle, but you might want to pic of few of the top stars in the set that have it.

The Redback complete 2-card panels, on average, sell for 40-50% more than individual/combined card values. In PSA 8 and PSA 9 holders, they do extremely well $-wise!

The Redback panels and the Connie Macks are both Tallboys, unless things have changed since February of this year.

    Nice set!
