I just did the same image manipulation with your image as I did with the 98J and they are both the same. That issue appears to have poorly aligned perf wheels.
Are you talking about the actual ANGLE of the row of perf holes on any given side OR whether the perf holes themselves line up with the corresponding holes on the opposite side of the stamp?
Oh and on the imageshack link you can rotate the stamp around , I always do this when trying to judge centering.
I was told, that without faults, this stamp is in the 95-98 range so I am likely to get at least a second highest graded example when I submit. This is a really difficult stamp so I am excited to have it graded. Too bad the PSE discount promo ended the 30th.
