1892 Chicago Martins Worlds Fair Album Atlas really cool

I am selling this for an older person who does not do computers.... the copy is not in great shape but then again its over 100 years old.... I am told it is worth $35-$50 dollars.... before I put it up on ebay I will offer it here for $ 40 and that includes the shipping costs.... let me know if anyone wants it...
Interesting 1893 Chicago World's Fair Book entitled: "Martin's World's Fair Album Atlas & Family Souvenir" Not exactly sure the number of pages to this Book but it covers various topics and shows many photos. There's photos of many, many prominent buildings and locations from the Chicago area, there's photos of the Original Officals of the World's Columbian Exposition, a Brief Overview of the World's Columbian Exposition(i.e. finances, police & fire protection, music at the fair, etc.), Sections with photos pertaining to the Civic Parade and Dedication of the World's Fair Palaces, a list of foreign countries that had exhibits at the World's Fair, Discourses of the Life of Columbus, Colored Maps of U.S. States and brief descriptions, a listing of former World Fair's, a section dedicated to the American Indian with photos, a history of early and the present city of Chicago, a section dedicated to the history & description of Christopher Columbus and his four voyages, and ending the Book is section informing us of the next World's Fair located in Paris in 1889. It features many photos of prominent places or sites in Paris.
