1922 Canadian Nickel in change

Found today in change...Common coin, but certainly not in change often anymore...especially in California.

Just thought I would share. image

    Cool, you found it!!!

I also spent a 1921 Canadian nickel that same day for a pack of gum ...... good luck in your continued hunt. image

I always enjoy finding some old foreign piece in change.

Mac, the OP meant that he found the coin in change...this past Friday. I understand that you must've gotten a real charge out of buying that gum back in 1921 with that shiny Canadian Nickel you had. image

Question, what the heck is Mac and wybrit talking about?

coinlieutenant, that is quite a find. I don't remember ever gettting a George V nickel in change and I live on the US/Canada border.
