you only get it, I think, if you have an account that has not purchased something over some period of time. My wife's ebay account got this, whereas I did not.

I had been on a roll lately, receiving all of the coupons as they were awarded...not this time...when I could actually use it.

The one time I got a coupon it was for the movies category. Something I had never bought from. And still haven't.

the one i got can use for sports and memobilia, max $100 off, but my budget ran out this month..........

I've purchased about $5000 worth of stuff in the last couple of weeks and I got it.

I've never received an 8% off coupon, but I received a 10% off coupon 3 times. I think the last one I received was 7-8 months ago.

I usually receive one after I file a complaint for not receiving my item. After PP closes the case, Ebay usually sends one.
