Punching a TurboLister Employee in the Face: Justified?

I am know I am going to get A WHOLE LOT OF CRAP for this thread. I figure it might be a good time as Mr. Gecko is taking some serious heat and this will allow him to quietly slink away.

I tried to research this on eBay's answer centers. I tried to call Turbo Lister. I tried to figure it out myself. I know this topic is not quite what PSA is about. I know my reputation is terrible here with some people and this will just piss them off more. But oh well--they will never like me so what is there to lose?

I have spent 2 hrs trying to load some auctions via TurboLister. Yes, I know I could just start over and spend a half hour listing them elsewhere. But they are right there! Right there! Ready to be loaded.

But no--not so fast Mintacular. You don't have a "Shipping Return Policy." The hell I don't! I updated that in your damn little database just like I was supposed to. I even checked for updates you little nerd in your basement that designed this crap program in high school. To boot--I restarted my computer twice, which sucks to begin with and wastes even more time.

On a serious note--this is not the first time TurboLister has turned me into the Incredible Hulk but I think I am justified in punching a TurboLister employee in the face and was wondering if anyone else felt the same or whether I am overreacting.

(P.S. This is the type of thread that REALLY makes LSUTiger want to kill me image)

It's worked ok for me up until recently when it gave me the "can't load your 15 items you have listed cause you don't have a return policy..." Have you put any auctions up today?

    CURRENT PSA HOLDER SIZES

Below are the current approximate card holder sizes. These are the maximum sizes; there are many inserts available to provide a more custom fit for smaller cards. Please note that all cards and tickets vary in size. Occasionally, a card or ticket will not fit into the designated holder. If this occurs it will be placed in a Mylar sleeve and put in an oversized holder. There are also card/ticket issues that PSA's current holders cannot accommodate, but may be holdered in the future as new holders are introduced.

    Standard - 2 11/16" x 3 13/16"
    Tall Boy - 3 1/2" x 5 1/ 6"
    Supersized (Ticket) - 3 5/8" x 7 1/2"
    Supersized (Check) - 4 1/4" x 10"
    T-3 Holder - 5 3/4" x 8"

Truthful answer: I just listed about 50 items via Turbo Lister without any problems

Snarky answer: I know I always ask the eBay Turbo Lister support boards when I have questions about PSA Flip errors.

Image answer (no, this isn't me, my image, no my photobucket account. I just found it on the net after a 3 second search):

This whole conversation is pointless. Everyone knows that eBay doesn't have any employees that work on Turbolister. Isn't that obvious by now?

BTW, you are hereby charged of 3 counts of heresy:

You probably copied a listing that had no return policy. So you created 15 listings that had no return policy. The default settings where you defined your return policy apply to new listings started from scratch. Select all 15 listings and do a group edit. Go down to the return policy area and enter your return policy. Hit save and all 15 items will now have the return policy. Upload them and as long as you're not missing something else that EBay now requires they'll load right up.

    Me too.

Had a BBQ at my house with mom, dad, sisters, brother-in-laws, nieces and nephews. Then went to son's All Star team baseball practice. Then a little after practice fielding and pitching practice with my son. Then a little private time with the wifey.

Just listed a couple things last night and noticed that new listings require more specifics about the return policy. Also now must indicate a "handling time", whatever that means. New boxes to check on the listing page.
Maybe these changes had something to do w/ Mint's troubles.
