Eh, give poor ol' Goober a break. He said he wasn't a coin expert. He's probably seen Vickie on older Canadian coins and went from there with the assumption. The BIN is a real knee-slapper, though.

(Funny- eBay says "Bidding has ended for this item", but zero bids. Relisted? Maybe he had a $150 BIN to begin with?)
