Paypal Question

I just got a "Notice of Transaction Review" from paypal. I am guessing that the buyer did not have the funds in his account when he sent me the payment. I have already mailed his item. Any idea how paypal handles this?

Could be a random review, OR it could be an overlimit, or unauthorized use, or
    unusual pattern.

In any event, provided you followed the requirements for PP's Seller Protection
    scheme, you are covered.

It may take several days to resolve, but it should be fine.

Happened to me also recently, buyer had issue with his bank. Item was long gone, Paypal said i was covered by "seller protection", once the package was shown delivered. They dropped my cash back to me.

Those are fun to find out about after you already shipped the item because you got the standard email from Paypal saying it's okay to ship to the confirmed address that's listed and you're protected. Then you find out later Paypal switched it a review and they're telling you now not to ship. The card is gone, your money is locked up, and now you're sitting worrying that you could lose both.

Paypal just asked for the tracking info. They said I would recover my money but could take up to 2 weeks. Until then, I can not pay for anything with paypal.
