.5 grades - Do they count in the Set Registry?

I thought I remembered that they would not be, but has that changed?

I am buying and trading for RC's of Wilt Chamberlain, George Mikan, Bill Russell, Oscar Robertson, Jerry West, and Bob Cousy!

The .5 grades do count in the registry.

they count only 1/2....
