The two Adelaide ingots made AU$750k plus commish each, the 1920S sovereign made AU$800k plus juice. A leading Australian dealer has a blog post about the auction here.
Successful trades with Syracusian, DeiGratia, LordM, WWW, theboz11, CCC2010, Hyperion, ajaan, wybrit, Dennis88 and many others.

Ouch! Simply incredible prices that would make a collector pale. Who in the world could afford to collect these? Don't know what else to say, any comments from others?

  • FWIW - The prices mentioned are in Australian dollars (AUD). ($1.00AUD = approx. $0.81US.)

So, the really unbelievable price of $800K, is really only a measley $656K U.S., or so. image
