PSA POP & VCP Help

My goal is to own a 1925 Exhibit Lou Gehrig ROOKIE.

Could any help me out with PSA's Population Report (Authentic - 3, above that I have no chance at)? Does anyone know of actual selling prices of these cards?

Someone has one on Ebay for $8500, it's been listed for a few months. I take it it's way over priced.

Does any one know if they ever made reprints of these? I would not mind getting one until I get the real one.

looks like 20. there is 1 1, 1 2Q,4 2's,2 3Q's,1 3,4 4's,1 5Q,4 5's,1 5.5,1 6.5 and thats it.
No idea on price?
