What would it take for....

Gold/Silver to drop back to 2001 prices again? What would it take for silver to surpass its all time high back in 79/80?

Anything is possible but I "feel" its about as likely for 01 prices to return on PM's as it is on Gasoline. Think it could/will happen and if so what would be the cause?
Its all relative

    massive deflation could do it....

I don't see it happening, though.

    << <i>massive deflation could do it.... >>

With the amount of greenbacks being printed now isn't massive inflation more likely?
  • An infectious case of greedy bubblitis. Works every time. Mass hyping along with a consistent rise, eclipsing in an orgy of fountainess courses of "its different this time".

The bubbles rotate around, and Gold/Silver are prime for the times and some times to come. Look out Bear!
