50/50 Miscut - Would PSA Grade, and how?

Would PSA Grade a 50/50 Miscut front and back, where half of each players' regular card is equally shown? Obviously its an M/C qualifier, but for which card? Maybe they'd ask you to make a choice on which one you want noted? So If you have a 63 Mick and Eli Grba blend, you can say "Mick"??
I know there are some miscuts afficienados here, ever try it? Or how about where the cut is so bad it shows more than two cards? I once saw an 88 topps card that was cut so that four separate card corners showed. It was almost like a 34 Goudey, except it made no sense.
