'Measuring' centering is a fool's errand. Nobody at PSA does this, so why should you? If you've looked at enough sportcards you should have a very strong idea of whether or not a card's centering will qualify it for a certain grade just by looking at it-- all measuring it will do is either convince you to sub a card that you 'know' you shouldn't be subbing, or convince you not to sub a card that probably should be subbed.

This I so very true. I probably already knew the answer to my own question and was hoping I was wrong.

Even if it was just inside the range, the diamond cut plus the lack of eye appeal will probably get this dumped to an 8 or lower.
