PSA wont grade my FF cellos ??

I initially asked if when grades pop do they always say their ready in a email but when I log to check it says still processing.
My 1st pack sub and just curious.
* Just called PSA. I cannot see my grades because they didn't grade them. I sent 2 FF cellos and one Scribble cello. Cust service said the packs were too thick and didn't have a holder for them? What ? I own slabbed PSA cellos from '89. ugh. Ideas?

To answer this question, it sometimes says that it's still processing, but you should be able to see the grades somewhere on the screen.

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
I hate that it keeps coming to "just contact Joe Orlando" when PSA does something completely unexplainable like this.
... and there are several PSA-graded '89 Fleer Cellos out on the 'Bay right now as proof that they DO do this.
Hope they get this corrected for you before sending them back out and wasting a bunch of time/money.

Sometimes I wonder if PSA has a minimum IQ required to work for the company.
PS – I’m sorry this happened to you… I may never send another card or pack to PSA again!
