Help with grading

Just wondering what grade could I expect to receive for this card. I ask because I'm concerned that it might get a (OC) for the top/bottom centering.

9 oc at best. 8 with no qualifer.

I would think a straight 7 because of centering...Donato

Thanks guys for all your help. I was afraid of the (OC) but I might sub it anyway and hope for the best. Great card except for that darn top/bottom centering. Oh well!!!
