I collapse the picture window immediately which helps the listing of all the cards load quicker. It works for me. The picture feature is really unnecessary, imo.

I actually like the picture window. Especially if I'm looking to pick up the "best looking" card of someone. It makes it easy to see the different cards without having to click on each individual one.

I'm curious if anybody else has experienced the same thing that happened to me now 3 times in the last two weeks. Using Internet Explorer with several tabs open, the VCP screen shows I'm logged in but that could be from last use hours or days ago. When I enter a search into VCP it causes IE to crash. No error message is displayed, IE just closes and whatever I had going on in the other windows is now lost. I reload IE with all the tabs and VCP now shows I need to login. Nothing else I've done has caused IE to do the same thing.

There was a computer in my office today that couldn't get a flash video player to work on a particular website. In fact, the system started to grind to a halt after a few failed attempts to get the video to play, causing IE and Firefox to lock up. After rebooting the system, I went to adobe.com and went through the steps of getting the latest flash player for both IE and Firefox. After that, the video played just fine and the system ran smoothly.

Give that a shot. If it doesn't work, try windowsupdate.microsoft.com and getting your system all patched up.

As an IT guy, that's my professional suggestion. image

  • Collapsing the card flipper will make page loading much faster. You should only have to do this once and it should stay closed where ever you go on the site. Then when you want to see a set or all the cards from a player you can open it again. Keeping your computer updated with the latest software releases is always a good idea because this is what we use to test. I am on a MAC and use Firefox and Safari and have no issues.
