BATTERY HOLDERS FOR GARRETT GTA1000

i have looked everywhere for the cheap plastic battery holders to replace the ones that are long broken, they are a little plastic thing that holds 4 AA batteries, i contacted garrett and they were supposed to send me a replacement pair, (but never did) that was last december i believe. anyone know where to get these dang things ???

    If you're talking about the spare battery holder, I call it by a differant name: "my pocket" lol
    If you're talking about the batteries in use, duct tape worked for my old BH!

    The ones on my wife's 2500 broke (the little corner tabs beak off and they don't hold the batteries properly), they are the same as the ones used on the 1000. She called Garrett and they quickly sent out another pair, free of charge.

    I'd call them again. Maybe got lost in the mail or something, but they (Garrett) are good about things like that.
