So now eBay is using "sponsored links" to promote off-eBay items sales?

I checked out an item I won to go to pay for it, and found a new menu bar at the top of the listing: "Sponsored Links", which promote similar (so they say) items for sale off-eBay! I have 5 items displayed, 4 of which are for The Sports Authority, and one for Dicks Sporting Goods (all for boxes for sale).
Way to go eBay! Way to keep people spending at your site!
