There are two varieties that are mated DDO/DDR's:
2009 1c FY CDDO-002 + CDDR-006 (AskRaq's)
2009 1c FY CDDO-003 + CDDR-009 (Constantine's) >>
The FY CDDO-003 is not correct. I do NOT have a listing yet for CDDO-003. However, there is something else going on with those two varieties that will be published in my upcoming DVN Supplement Issue #4 that you will not want to miss.
