I just learned something new about submission processing

My apology if this has been covered before or is otherwise well known . . .

I deal with some fairly obscure Clemente cards at times and they are prone to mis-identification or in PSA terms "mechanical errors".

I just submitted a card to be reholdered / corrected and I'm concerned that it will happen again so I'm watching it carefully -- such that I might catch it before shipping if it is mis-labeled again.

Customer Service suggested that I put on a "shipping hold". According to Customer Service, the submission process will proceed as usual; however, they will not ship the card until I call to remove the hold. Works for me.

    man i feel your pain. i have sent cards back multiple times to be corrected. usually what i do is email joe after the second correction attempt and have them sent to PSA with attn to Joe.

    I just had a clemente card graded wrong.. asked them to check it because I thought it was wrong..
    they said it was correct.. so I was like ohh.. ok..thanks.. because honestly I thought maybe I forgot what I subbed...
    I checked the pop report and it is a 1 of 1.. and I know I didn't sub no 1 of 1...
    I will have to resub for correction.. dang it
