Further proof wax on ebay are a joke

Just wanted to add my 2 cents about wax on the bay being junk. I bought a box of 1985 Topps and 1984 Topps. Opened the 1985. Not one McGwire, Clemens, Puckett or Gooden. Didn't even get a regular Ryan, Ripken, Mattingly, Boggs or Gwynn. Either I have absolutely no luck or that was the worst box on the face of the planet. Or........I'm not saying, I'm just saying!!!

The 1984 box will go unopened.

I opened a RACK box from a sealed case that i opened with my bare hands... And didnt get a mcgwire or clemens.

The next box had 4 of each.

Topps had pretty irregular collation in the 80s. Dont forget your wax box has 540 cards and the set is 792 cards.

Not getting any of the other stars seems strange since they are pretty much worthless anyway and anyone who would reseal them would put them all in there.

So to sum it up.. You either have awful luck or the person that resealed it was a complete rookie and it should have been blatant that it was resealed.

I seem to have more "bad luck" than the common man. Seems like everything I buy or open anymore. I'm almost afraid to walk outside some days. LOL.
