I have a small hoard of proof 1941 and 1942 Mercury dimes graded Proof 66. The coins are all white or lightly toned with NO SPOTS.
My quality control when buying was very good. Most proof Mercury dimes are hazy or spotted and look horrible. In contrast, these coins are all very pleasing.
