A long awaited addition to my collection -- finally added!

I've had an eBay search going for a couple years waiting to find the right time to buy something for my Washington Senators/Minnesota Twins collection. It's a history book titled "The Washington Senators -- The Story Of An Incurable Fandom". It was written by Morris A. Bealle and published in 1947. I've bid on copies in eBay auctions, but always seem to lose out. In one of the emails from my on-going eBay searches I finally found a copy with a BIN. It was a little spendy for my current budget, but it has a well-protected dustcover and an order form that must have come with the book.
Patience finally paid off!

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

Did you know Walter Johnson won 417 games and 110 of those were shutouts -- 38 of which were 1-0 scores. Amazing, especially in light of Randy Johnson just winning his 300th game.

It's kind of like the card that I posted because I'ld been waitin' like 4+ yrs to find one centered decently.
