Blocking the Google Ads on top and bottom of page

Howdy folks, I had to re-install Firefox and now I am getting these Google Ads on top and bottom of the page. I can't figure out how to block them, can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks!!!
Collecting Interests:
Ripken, Brooks & Frank Robinson, Old Orioles, Sweet Spot Autos, older Redskins - Riggins, Sonny, Baugh etc and anything that catches my eye.

add "googleads.g.doubleclick.net" and "http://*.googlesyndication.com/*" to "My Ad Blocking Rules" in Preferences.
That should do it.

I had ABP set up very nicely before I had to reinstall Firefox....I will certainly use it on eBay when I mosey on over there later today
